A security lead on call, without the full-time salary

Most small businesses don’t need a full-time head of security. They need someone senior who owns it: keeps the certificate current, answers the customer questionnaires, keeps policies up to date, and picks up the phone when something looks wrong. That is this service.

Who it’s for

  • Businesses with 10 to 250 staff that sell to larger organisations
  • Firms that handle sensitive or regulated data
  • Businesses that have had a scare and want someone in charge of security

How it works

  • A kick-off session in month one and a 12-month security plan
  • Regular check-ins and on-call advice
  • A tailored policy set and an AI acceptable use policy in the first quarter
  • Six-month minimum, then rolling monthly

Common questions

What happens if we have an incident?
You call us first. We help you contain it, decide who needs to be told, and bring in specialist incident responders if it is serious.

Do unused hours roll over?
No, but you get a short note each month of what we did.
